Do you need more space? Are you going on holiday together with grandpa and grandmother? Or with 2 families? There is plenty of space in this 8 person holiday home. Around the house is plenty of room to play, the children will have great fun. And of course there is free wifi.

Furnishing holiday cottage

At the moment you enter the apartment you immediately notice the spacious living room with kitchen. An ideal place to relax. The comfortable seating area is ready for you. Are you going to watch a nice movie on the flat screen TV? There is plenty of choice with many international channels.
The kitchen is spacious and luxurious. There is a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine.

The house has underfloor heating so that it is very comfortable in the colder periods.

There are 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom on the ground floor and 3 other bedrooms, downstairs are 3 bedrooms that stay cool in the summer:

Ground floor: spacious master bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom and toilet
Downstairs: 3 bedrooms with all 2 single beds. Here is also the 2nd bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
In addition, there is a separate 3rd toilet and a washing machine.

Garden

Large patio doors give access to the spacious terrace where you can enjoy. The terrace is covered for a large part so that you can sit in the sun or in the shade. In many cases you can see the children playing on the large lawns that lie between the houses.

The rules

We would like to mention the following:

• arrival and departure in the high season on Saturday, in the other period on all days
• a clean house, just like you are used to at home € 120
• bed linen € 9.50 p.p.
• the tourist tax is € 0.90 p.p.p.n. > 18 years
• From 2021: park costs € 1 p.p.p.n.
• the administration costs are € 19.50 and will be charged at the time of booking
• the deposit is € 300 and can be paid by credit card, bank card or cash
• your dog is welcome in some houses (€ 7 per night)
• a preferred booking for a certain house is possible (€ 35)

• In addition to 8 people older than 2 years, there is room for 2 babies up to 2 years
