France's Côte d'Azur lies between St Tropez, Nice and Monaco. This popular coastal region on the Mediterranean is where many love to spend their holidays. Seaside resorts like Fréjus, St. Raphaël, Cannes and Antibes are interspersed with beautiful beaches and charming coves. Inland, in Haute Provence, the nature is even more impressive. Mountains with rugged rock massifs, deep gorges, meandering rivers and azure mountain lakes form the Parc du Verdon. In this area, just over an hour's drive from the coast and close to the Gorges du Verdon, lies the tourist resort of Castellane.

Near Castellane and at walking distance (500m) from the recreational lake Lac de Castiollon lies our villa park FranceComfort - Domaine de Castellane with luxurious villas. The lake is perfect for practising all sorts of water sports such as; swimming, supping, sailing, surfing, renting pedalos and water-skiing. There are small beaches around the lake where you can sunbathe and there are catering facilities at various places. The villa park has a restaurant and playing fields for sports and entertainment.

The new villas (2024) have a view over the mountains and are equipped with all amenities such as TV, wifi and a beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture. The kitchen has appliances like you are used to at home and the bedrooms have comfortable box-spring beds. Not all the plots have been built on yet, but there is no construction works during the rental season.
