It stretches from the French town of Les Gets, to the Swiss winter sports village of Champéry. Here you will find 170 kilometers of blue slopes for beginner skiers or snowboarders, 380 kilometers of red slopes for those with more experience, and 100 kilometers of black slopes for the real daredevils. During the period of Christmas and New Year's Eve, the villages in the Alps are festively decorated and the village is lit up during the evening.

One of the areas in Portes du Soleil is the valley of Abondance, an area with beautiful slopes with thick, good snow.
