Villa 6-8 pers. detached

At our holiday park Le Lac Bleu in the Dordogne / Lot region we have one type of villa: a luxury villa of 80m2 for 6 - 8 people. All villas have air conditioning and wifi. Around the holiday villas there is a lot of room to play which will also entertain the children well.

Furnishing holiday home

The attractively furnished holiday villa has a spacious dining / living room with flat screen TV (incl UK/FR/BE/NL channels), stereo / DVD and a fully equipped kitchen. It is fully equipped, exactly as you are used to at home.

There are 3 bedrooms and a loft in your holiday home which also have 2 sleeping places. The bedrooms have comfortable box-spring beds that are made up when you arrive. You do not have to bring your own bedding, your holiday can start immediately.

The layout of the bedrooms:

• bedroom with a double bed
• bedroom with 2 single beds
• bedroom with a bunk bed
• room with a sofa bed for 2 people

There are 2 toilets and 3 bathrooms (shower and sink). In all villas there is 1 bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor and the other bedrooms on the first floor.

Garden / terrace

Large patio doors or a sliding door give access to a spacious terrace with lawn. The garden chairs are ready for you so you can enjoy the beautiful views around you. You can enjoy each other until late at night. A nice book and a nice glass of wine make it complete.

The big fine print

To make your stay as attractive as possible, we take care of the following for you. To ensure quality, this applies to all guests:

• arrival and departure in the high season on Saturday, in the other period on all days
• a clean house, just like you are used to at home € 80
• bed linen and beds made € 9 p.p.
• tourist tax approx. € 0.80 p.p.p.n. > 18 yrs
• water consumption € 3 / m3 and electricity € 0.30 / kwh. In practice, that is about € 25 per week
• administration costs € 19.50
• deposit of € 300
• Optional items such as towels and baby items can be reserved when you make the booking
• In addition to 8 people older than 2 years there is room for 2 babies up to 2 years
