Mandatory and optional fees

When making a booking, you will initially see the rental price in which the possible discounts have already been processed. In addition to the rent, there are mandatory and optional costs. These are shown below. When making a (draft) booking, all of these amounts are shown so that you know exactly what the total costs are.

Payment terms

  • 40% when making the booking
  • 60% no later than six weeks before arrival

  • Bed linen (sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase)
  • Cleaning (price varies per house type)
  • Park costs (water and electricity)
  • Tourist tax (above 18 years)

Optional costs

  • Towels (per set of 2)

  • Extra cleaning during your stay

Pets

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the park. A few villas are suitable for dogs. In all other villas, dogs are never allowed, making them suitable for guests who, for example, are allergic to pets. Please let us know when booking if you are allergic or if you would like to bring your dog. You may only bring your dog after receiving confirmation from us.

If you bring your dog, the following rules apply:

  • Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas or chairs
  • If damage is caused in or around the house, please report this immediately
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash within the park
  • Outside the park, dogs may be let off their leashes where permitted
  • Please remove your dog’s droppings immediately, whether in the garden or elsewhere in the park
  • Please make sure neighbours are not disturbed by your dog (or its barking)
  • fee is charged per night for your dog. This amount is shown in your draft booking

Travel information

Two weeks before arrival you will receive all necessary information by e-mail. Some points on this:

  • Arrival between 16.00 and 19.00, departure before 10.00.
  • If you are arriving later, you can email and consult with the reception before departure.
  • For late arrival between 20.00 – 21.00 without consultation we charge a surcharge of € 10. On late arrival between 21.00 – 22.00 without consultation we charge a surcharge of € 25. If you come later than 22.00 without consultation, the reception will happily help you the next morning at 8.30.
  • If you are delayed during your trip, there is an emergency number in the arrival information
  • Directions for the last part of the journey are included in this email. The website also has a map with interactive directions

Our hostess and host

We are Annelies & Kurt and are the managers at Domaine de Lanzac where we will ensure that you enjoy your holiday to the max. Your luxury holiday home will be clean upon arrival and we organize plenty of activities for young and old during the summer. In restaurant Le Merigou Vera serves a varied menu. The outdoor bar sells fries and snacks. At our own warm bakery there is a large assortment of breads you can have for breakfast and in the Studio 46 lounge bar you can enjoy a cocktail or another exclusive drink.

It is not for nothing that many guests return every year. À bientôt!

Tourist tips

Do you like to go out with your partner or with the family? On our page with tourist tips there are a large number of tips with detailed descriptions, photos and usually also a video. This way you can prepare yourself well at home, but also have a look around at what you want to do the coming days.

Photos

The photos give an impression of the house. Because the houses are owned by private owners, each house will differ. So no rights can be derived from these photos.

Deposit

deposit of € 300 (for houses with a jacuzzi € 400 and with swimming pool € 500) must be paid on arrival. Please use a credit or debit card to do so. The amount will be blocked (so not debited! ) on your account. Approx. 2 weeks after your departure the blockade will be lifted if there is no damage. If you pay by bank or cash, the amount will be refunded after approx. 14 days after your departure, provided you have left your iban number.

Wifi

There is wifi at the park. Every house also has wi-fi. However, the speed is lower than you are probably used to at home. It is not suitable for downloading heavy files but only for holiday use.

Private pool/jacuzzi

The private pool or jacuzzi are heated. The water will then be a few degrees warmer. A certain temperature cannot be guaranteed, it depends on the outside temperature, during the day and at night.

Electric cars

You can charge your electric car at the park, you’ll find the charging stations at the reception. You can pay to use the charging stations with all common cards.
