Mandatory and optional additional costs

On our site you will initially see the rental price including any possible discounts that have already been processed. In addition to the rent, there are a number of mandatory additional costs and optional additional costs. These are shown below.
When making a (draft) booking, these amounts are shown so that you know exactly what the total costs are.

Mandatory additional costs

Administration costs
The administration costs are € 19.50 per booking. If you make changes after your booking and payment which would allow you to get a refund, this is possible in some cases. However, an administration fee will be charged.

Bed linen
The costs for bed linen are mandatory and are € 10 per set. This consists of a bottom sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase. The beds are made before your arrival.

The costs for cleaning are mandatory. The cleaning cost is stated in the description of the apartments and also on the receipt you will receive after making a draft booking.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is approx. € 2.30 p.p. for anyone over the age of 18.

Optional additional costs

You can rent a towel set.  This consists of a large and small towel and is € 9.00 per set.

Tea towels
A set of 2 tea towels can be rented for € 5.00

Baby items

There is also the following baby equipment for rent:

  • cot € 2,50 per day
  • high chair € 2,50 per day

Making your bed
We make your beds for free before arrival so that you can immediately start celebrating your holiday.


Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Travel information

Two weeks before arrival you will receive all the relevant information by e-mail. Some important points are:

  • Arrival between 16.00 and 19.00, departure before 10.00
  • If you arrive later, be sure to email the reception before departure from your home
  • If you are delayed during your trip, call the emergency number listed in the arrival information
  • Directions for the last part of the journey are included in the mail. The website also contains a map with interactive directions

Tourist tips

Do you like to go out on adventures with your partner or your family, be sure to visit our page with tourist tips to gain inspiration. There are a large number of tips with extensive descriptions, photos and usually also a video. Use this site to prepare yourself for your holiday and gain inspiration as to what you want to do whilst your away.


All apartments are equipped with wifi. However, the speed of the wifi is probably slower than you are used to at home and is therefore not suitable for downloading heavy files.


Upon arrival, you must pay the deposit by cheque, credit card or pin reservation. This amount will then be blocked (so not debited!) on your account. Approximately 2 weeks after departure, the blockade will be lifted if there is no damage. If you do not use this reservation option but actually pay (by bankcard or cash) then the amount will be refunded approx. 14 days after departure with a deduction of € 10 as an administration fee. For both parties it is therefore better to pay the deposit by (pin) reservation.
