The single-storey villa deluxe for 6 people (120m²) with spacious garden is ideal for two families or for a holiday together with grandparents. The cosy sitting area with Smart TV with international channels is a great area to relax. You can clearly see that the villa is "deluxe" due to the modern kitchen with high-quality appliances, which is just as you are used to at home. The master bedroom has a large double box-spring bed (180 x 210) and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms have two single box-spring beds. The comfortable beds ensure that everyone wakes up rested the next day. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is a second toilet in the hallway. The washing machine and dryer are also located there. The garden is partly landscaped with natural grass which is ideal for (young) children to play on while parents sunbathe on one of the four sun beds. On the covered terrace you can enjoy the French night sky with a glass of wine until late at night. The big eye-catcher in the garden is the spacious outdoor kitchen which can be closed off with glass panels, ideal for spring and autumn. The outdoor kitchen has a fridge, lighting and a spacious lounge set. The carport keeps your car cool in summer.
