  1. We would like to ask you to first report your complaint to reception.
  2. If it is not possible to resolve your complaint within a reasonable time, or if you are dissatisfied for any other reason, please contact FranceComfort's Support Department using the button below.
  3. One of our staff will deal with your complaint immediately.
  4. You will receive an automatic confirmation that your e-mail has been received, stating the deadline by which you will be contacted.
  5. Together, we will discuss the best way to resolve your complaint.
