On arrival, you will be welcomed by an elegant wrought iron railing that leads to the spacious driveway and then to the magnificent villa. The spacious living room has a comfortable sitting area, a large smart TV with international Canal Digital channels, perfect for relaxing after a day full of activities. From the living room you have a view over the garden that is tens of meters wide and deep, so you always have a beautiful view. You have fiber optic internet and wifi for all your online needs. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances including a ceramic hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle and fridge freezer. In addition, there is a filter, Nespresso and a Dolce Gusto machine, so you can enjoy your favourite coffee. The kitchen has plenty of workspace and utensils so that you can prepare the most delicious meals. From the kitchen you have easy access to the dining area and terrace, ideal for cozy dinners. The villa has four bedrooms, each equipped with two comfortable box-spring beds for a good night's sleep. There are three bathrooms: one with bath, shower, sink and toilet; one with shower and spacious sink; and a third with shower and sink. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. On the very large terrace you will find several seating areas and three double sunbeds, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The private swimming pool (optionally heated) is ideal for refreshment and relaxation under the sun. The large grounds offer plenty of space for activities and rest. There is a charging point for charging electric cars. If you wish to use this charging point, you can book this as an optional extra. It is a standard socket just like all other sockets in the house, however you may need to bring your own adapter plug.
