The spacious six-person villa Champagne (115m2) is an ideal holiday home for a larger family or if you just want a little more space. The comfortable seating area in the living room is centered around a fireplace and flat screen TV with international channels, a great place to spend time together. The kitchen has all kinds of built-in appliances with which you can prepare the most delicious dishes. There is a hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The first floor has three bedrooms  with each two single beds of good quality. All rooms have access to a balcony, where you can enjoy a lovely view over the park. There are two bathrooms in the villa, one bathroom with a bath and sink and one with shower and sink. There is also a separate 2nd toilet. From the living room you go through patio doors or sliding doors to the spacious garden. The children can play here. There is a  covered terrace with barbecue. There is also a garden set with sunbeds. The houses are on spacious plots, providing its guests with plenty of privacy.

The difference between the Champagne Villas and the Comfort Champagne villas is that the Comfort villas have a washing machine.
