New or renovated holiday homes
In 2023/2024, many houses will have been renovated or newly built, the remaining houses will be renovated in the coming years.
Almost all houses have had the following done
The kitchen has been largely renovated and the bathrooms are equipped with new sanitary facilities. The furniture has been partly replaced and the walls in the living room have been painted and almost all have decorative wallpaper or a large poster. In addition, the wooden beams of the terrace have been stained and the shutters painted.
Of course, everything is brand newin the newly built houses!
Which houses are new or renovated?
- All houses with swimming pool or jacuzzi are either new or have been renovated
- All detached houses without pool or jacuzzi are either new or have been renovated
- A single semi-detached house without a pool or jacuzzi is new or has been renovated. For these houses, the rent is currently the same as that of houses that have not yet been renovated. You can therefore not derive any rights from this if you stay in a house that has or has not be renovated
