The 6 person villa Fronsac Deluxe with heated pool is a beautiful villa in the castle park Château de Salles. It is a very luxurious villa with an area of ​​120 m2 and equipped with all conveniences and a private swimming pool.

Furnishing

The villa has a spacious hall on the ground floor with a toilet and staircase. In addition, the spacious living room with fireplace and access to the large covered terrace. The open kitchen has a cooking island and is equipped with a hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave.

There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. 1 bedroom with ensuite a bathroom with bath, shower and double sink. The 2 other bedrooms can use the separate 2nd bathroom which has a shower cabin and a double sink.
There is a separate 2nd toilet.

Wifi and TV

Your holiday home has its own internet connection. The flat screen TV is equipped with various international channels.

Garden

From the living room you go through sliding doors or a sliding door to the spacious garden. The children can play in full here. There is a covered terrace with barbecue. A garden set with sun beds is ready for you. The houses are on spacious plots so that you have plenty of privacy.

Private pool

A private swimming pool is available in the spacious garden. This pool is heated and in use from the end of April to mid-October.
